From Steph: Hi, Will I be successful in a new job/career? Thanks!

Jessica Williams: I am feeling that you still have not found the right fit in your career. I see a puzzle piece that looks like it would fit, but when placed in that spot just doesn’t click. I am feeling that you are very organized and outspoken about how you want things to be. When things are not just so it creates chaos and stress. You need to be in a role where your organization is recognized and appreciated. I am seeing the medical field, but more of a charge nurse or something of that sort. If you are currently in a position, you will notice more so that things do not feel right and you will search for a month or two until the right fit comes along. You will know it’s the right position when you interview and the interviewer shares similar interests as you. The visit will feel like a time with an old friend rather than an interview for a position. Good luck! Jesse Ann Nichols George: Hi Steph – I feel so much of this is up to you – this is coming up for you to tap into your own inner creator – will you choose to create your success? You are not at the mercy of it. The key component is for you to own your success in this situation; to tap into inner self-confidence. Any challenges that come up are merely asking you if you are committed to your own success in an ethical way. This is important as I feel that you can tend to have conflict with success (thus your lack of confidence with it) that is related to sacrificing ethics or game playing. These things do not have to be attached to success; as true success comes from offering a loving heart to the environment and people you work with. Pamela Cummins: I heard, “Yes, temporarily.” I see a long road ahead and at the end of it is a house and I’m hearing, “In the long run, self-employment is the way to go. Follow the yellow brick road.” All the jobs you had/have are training you for the work you will love. The house in the vision means working from home or a career that feels like home. Su Davey: Hi Steph, my guide says yes, but be more open. Look around for jobs that really call to you, not just because they pay well, think outside the box and job opportunities will appear. Diane Hiller: I tossed the I Ching for this and got Hexagram #58 Joy turning to # 19 Approach (new beginnings). This is also spring. There are 6 coins and lines. I designated each coin to mean one month. The 4th coin was the changing line (Indicates changes or a decision in June/July). It states, basically, seek through to completion what you have begun and keep your word. The trigrams themselves indicate working with children and relationships. This could be teaching, counseling, etc. But anything to do with helping children is indicated as a very strong career path for you. Vaishali Nikhade: This shows that you have been through some painful period or learned some difficult lessons in the past. It also shows that if you start looking, you will get something almost immediately. Like maybe in the period of a couple of months and it will be a position that you like and something which will involve interaction with a lot of people and you’ll be very happy and start making baby steps toward success. Elaine Fessey: Hello Steph, I feel you have not yet found your calling at work. Keep looking as a new opportunity in a creative area of work is coming. This suits you very well and you find a natural flair for it. People skills and creativity make for a long lasting and successful career. Maybe your own business coming from it in the future. Jesse Ann Nichols George: Hi Shawn – starting with your birthday this year, you open to partnership and relationship energy – primarily energy that is about purpose, connection, and founded in passion – not just the lusty type, but the kind that creates blissful realities and puts you in charge of your life. As you pass through this personal year – you will open the door for an engagement to happen; and if it hasn’t happened by your birthday in 2017, it seems that it will be very clear by then when it will be coming through. I sense one more “hurdle” to breakthrough – and you will get it. Pamela Cummins: My guides are saying, “Patience, enjoy the courtship, enjoy the time together, and enjoy the relationship.” I get a vision of you doing a sideways split and you are half way to the ground. What that is symbolic for is if you try to push the split, you will do some damage, just like the relationship. Trust the process of the getting engaged. Su Davey: Patience is what I’m receiving. My guide is saying all in good time. Enjoy this time, enjoy courting, allow yourself to build foundations that will support an honest, nurturing, relationship. Diane Hiller: I tossed the I Ching twice for this question and got the hexagram #36 Censorship (A loss of inspiration and passion) both times in different positions. Also the trigram Li which pertains to another’s reputation. There is also reference made here to the need to be modest and careful by your partner. I also sense immaturity of both parties. There is a change in 3 months, but I do not feel this is going to lead to an engagement. Something here is not, I sense, all above board. I tossed a third time for timing. An engagement is possible for you in 16 months, but not at this time. I do not feel you have met the person yet. Vaishali Nikhade: I just did the first part of the question without the timing and get a yes on it. Elaine Fessey: Hello Shawn, I feel this relationship has been on and off for a while. It also feels that the idea of an engagement would push things along and cement the relationship between the two of you. However, the danger is to rush into this before both of you have established trust and a deeper level of understanding. Slow down and take your time. Diane Hiller: I normally need a voice connect to locate lost objects, even then it is one of the hardest things to read. I would recommend trying the St. Anthony Prayer. It has a very high success rate. St. Anthony, St. Anthony look around, something is lost that must be found. Please find (name item). I say it out loud three times each day until I find the object. I often find it immediately. Solana Sheri:  I’m seeing it by some books, either in-between or in an envelope between the books, looks to be on a side table or small table. Vaishali Nikhade: I had to rephrase the question. What are the directions to her money? It shows that a man is the trigger in terms of you finding this. Also, may be a car associated or some news or a new situation associated with a man will guide you. Also, consider a food item that was delivered to you or some news related to an older person.
