Lighting a candle and sitting in a comfy armchair, your eyes close as you enter a calming meditation. Asking for strength and forgiveness, you notice the atmosphere changing. An icy temperature change accompanies a powerful energy entering the room. Something incredible is happening. You have invoked the Archangel Michael.
Archangel Michael is the Angel of courage, protection and strength. Once invoked, he will stand by your side holding a sword and shield.

Sometimes it is necessary to cut cords with a person or situation that is harming you. We are all connected by cords of light that carry information. These cords may need to be cut because the information is detrimental to your health and happiness.
These chords may be supporting the continuation of old painful memories that perpetuate negative, self-limiting beliefs. These keep you attached to your lower self and prevent ascension to your higher self.
This dependence brings unhappiness, ill health, negative thinking, and even financial difficulties.
Allow Archangel Michael to cut these cords with his sword. To do this try the following meditation:
Relax in a quiet room.
Light a candle and take some slow, deep breaths.
Slowly open each Chakra from the Root base up to the Crown.
Place a cloak of protection around yourself and the room.
Visualize roots coming from the soles of your feet going down three feet into the earth to ground yourself.
Ask for the presence of Archangel Michael.
Slowly say the following words.
“I offer up my negative, accumulated, emotional blockages to the angels.
I am grateful for the lessons but now wish to serve at a higher level.
Please cut the negative cords that keep me attached to my lower self.
I wish to give love.
I wish to feel love.
I am love.”
Slowly close all Chakras from the Root Base to the Crown that is a comfortable opening for you at this time.
Wriggle your fingers and toes and come back into the room.
Don’t forget to blow out the candle.
Eat and drink something light.
