Helix Healing© – Inspiration from the Kaleidoscope Collective
This month we will be exploring connecting to Goddess energy. We will complete a meditation to connect with the Goddess of transformation.
Understanding Goddess energy/types can help you to discover your true nature, to understand your gifts and abilities and to appreciate your strengths and weaknesses.
Firstly, we shall start with the meditation to journey to an Ancestral mound, where you will meet the Goddess of transformation and receive a gift for new beginnings.
Before you start, light a candle and ask Archangel Michael for protection on your journey.
- To begin, relax and ground yourself by sending little golden roots deep into the earth. Bring fresh energy up these roots and into your feet and let it flow up into your body and through your energy centres. Imagine a column of light above your head and visualise it flowing in through your crown chakra and down through all of your other chakras and connecting you to the earth below.
- A golden path appears in front of you, step on to this path and walk ahead. The path winds through a small forest area.
- A bird appears by your side and flies just ahead of you, guiding you along.
- You come to a large meadow where you can see a tall mound with a building and tree on top.
- Walk across the meadow and begin to climb the mound.
- When you reach the top of the mound, walk over to the building and up the steps leading to the door.
- Take notice of the materials the building is made of and what shape the door is. Open the door and go inside.
- You are now inside your ancestral palace. Look all around the room and at the furniture inside. Stay in this room and sit down on one of the lovely bright cushions on the floor.
- A large door to your left opens and a tall woman enters and walks over to you. This is the Goddess of Transformation.
- She takes your hand and leads you to a large pool in the middle of the room.
- The Goddess asks you to look into the pool and ask your ancestors for an image that represents positive change and transformation to place in your future time line.
- A beautiful image is shown to you in the clear waters of the pool.
- The Goddess speaks to you and tells you to reach into the pool, touch the image that has formed and absorb its positive transformational energy.
- As you touch the image, you feel the strength of your ancestors flow through you. The goddess states that your inner power has been re-ignited and renewed and your purpose will have new clarity from this moment.
- She asks you to draw back from the pool, thank your ancestors and then leads you back to your chair and beckons you to sit down again.
- The goddess takes down a shaped glass pendant from an overhead vine and hands this to you. This coloured glass pendant symbolises the true essence of you and your life purpose. It may have symbols etched on it or a message/name inscribed on it.
- She sits down next to you and tells you that this ritual will now manifest new beginnings in all areas of your life that are in line with your life’s purpose and soul connections and will be for the highest good.
- It is now time to say goodbye, thank her for her wisdom and walk to the door.
- The small bird appears again and guides you down the mound and across the meadow. Step back on to the golden winding path and walk back to your seat.
- Slowly bring your energy back in to the room. Stretch your body, wiggle your toes and fingers and slowly open your eyes.
Our Crystal Connection of the month is ‘Chrysocolla’ this crystal is a very supportive goddess energy stone. It will inspire verbal expression and will empower both men and women to communicate clearly and in a heartfelt loving way.
Chrysocolla will open your throat chakra and energise the words you speak. It will also help you to choose the right words to speak in order to aid emotional healing in others.
It is a peaceful stone that helps to motivate you to speak out about things that are important to you. It is empowering of the feminine energies, and this vibration encourages both men and women to understand and fully embrace their feminine side.

Helix Energy Reading for Maria Luque
Maria‘s soul purpose is a complex one. She wishes to serve others, but is not fully comfortable in her own skin yet. Because of this, the time is not yet quite right for her to fully step on to her path. She needs more information in order to make the decisions she has to make. Her life is at a crossroads and she is currently feeling overwhelmed at the sheer amount of decisions she feels she has to make.
Her life paths (past and present life) have crossed and this is bringing information from a past life to the surface during this life, to be dealt with as well.
There is a feeling of many ribbons or threads being brought together and lots of involvement from others. I feel there has been a lot of discord and activity around Maria. Lots of people in her life who have told her what she ought to be doing and how this should take place.
Moving forward, this will see a time where Maria is free to make her own decisions and take the reins of her life. At the moment, many things are still undecided and due to this, Maria feels that she is almost in a time of limbo and is finding it difficult to make decisions and is very emotional at times. My guides tell me that this will pass and they symbolically show me lots of white feathers falling to earth. This means that everything is gradually falling into place for Maria and spirit says there is a lot going on behind the scenes that she is not yet aware of. Maria needs to take some time out and prioritise herself as she is tired and needs some time to recoup her energy levels. This will ensure that she will then feel refreshed and gain more clarity and a sense of purpose to focus on her future.
Her main soul purpose is to fully empower herself during this lifetime. This may sound a simple task, but is not always so. This is brought about through a particularly disempowering previous lifetime. True contentment comes from within and cannot be provided by others or externally. Once she has tackled this, she will be in a position to assist others to do this also.
A future role as a coach or ambassador of some description may transpire, the key thing to remember is that you have choices and you are master of your own destiny. Key to the future is empowerment of the self and others.
Maria’s creativity has been held back in recent months. Some of this is through her current life situation. Her chakra system is also in need of a balance.
Relationships are highlighted and the balance of the sacral and heart chakras are linked to this. Maria has been experiencing some self worth issues and some inner child work would be beneficial in order to release any limiting beliefs related to vulnerability and confidence issues. The Gratitude and Self Love meditation in the August 2013 Helix Healing column will assist with this, and the January column titled ‘Clarity and Vision’ contains information and exercises that can assist with the above issues as well.
Maria has a kind heart and would benefit from linking with the Angelic realm and working with their energies to assist her to create change in her life. To assist with finances, ask Archangels Jophiel and Gabriel to work with you to aid creativity, release emotions related to receiving abundance and draw down positive moon energies for release and manifestation of change.
