Hi everyone. Last night I heard “Look up here. I’m in heaven.” I then went outside and saw two very strange lights that were moving unbelievably fast from east to west. They disappeared in thin air. I heard “I’m moving at the speed of sound. I’m a Space Oddity. Just call me Ziggy Stardust.” I came inside and heard “Hi it’s me… David Bowie. I don’t think I need an introduction. Everybody knows me. I’m so high, my brain is whirling. I can’t help it, I’m bloody laughing. I want everyone to know, I’ve got scars that can’t be seen. I fought a good fight. The battle is over. I wish I could have stayed on earth just a little longer, but I’m ready for all the Changes that are happening. I feel so good inside. When you look up in the sky, you’ll see me, I’m the Blackstar. I’m no longer the Thin White Duke.” I then heard “I’ll Love You Til Tuesday, DC. My Death waits like a Bible truth, I’ll be like Lazarus, back from the dead. I will continue to evolve, exploring different galaxies. Is there Life on Mars? I think my spaceship knows which way to go. On earth, Life is a finite thing. It doubles me up with sadness that I had to leave my son and daughter, my wife, Iman too. In this respect death is a drag. Hello, are you there? Just nod if you can hear me. I know you’re feeling down. I came to ease your pain. Get you on your feet again. Please don’t mourn for me, celebrate my life. The sun machine is coming down, and we’re going to have a party. Let’s dance. Put on your red shoes and dance the blues. All the clichés are true. Life is really as short as they tell you it is. The years really do speed by. And there really is a God. I don’t know where I’m going from here, but I promise it won’t be boring. Just like that bluebird… There, in the chords and melodies, is everything I want to say. And tomorrows of rich surprise… David Bowie Views:]]>
