From Renee: Violence is mushrooming everywhere now, what kind of healing, or simply, what can we healers do to contribute peace?Rebecca Lynn Nidey: Peace must first start within each of us. Most of us speak in small quiet voices but even a tiny pebble thrown in a pond creates a ripple that continues to expand till it reaches further than you can imagine. Create ripples of peace and love and eventually it will return to you! Su Davey: By being peaceful and loving ourselves, then projecting that feeling out from our heart centre. Pamela Cummins: It starts within, make peace with your own issues, and prejudices. Remember what you see within others is but a reflection of yourself, or one of your past lives. Treat all with dignity and love. Pray and send out healing energy. And lastly, groups of healers have more power than an individual. Suezee Hankey-Duty: Showing everyone whom we come into contact with unconditional love, kindness, and truth. Be an inspiration to yourself, community… and last PRAY. Elaine Good: Try joining a spiritual circle and meditate for world peace. The combined energies of a group of like-minded healers is extremely powerful. Diane Hiller: I believe in what is called “The hundredth monkey effect.” When one monkey learns a new skill it automatically transfers to 100 others. The best I think we can do is to raise our own vibrations as high as possible. In so doing, we impact all of those around us to do their own work. We need to work to stay at this higher vibration. Keep learning, work with a teacher, get reiki, meditate. Reference: Ken Keyes. http://www.wowzone.com/monkey.htm. Question
From Renee: I am feeling lost in my career direction, how can I guide myself in finding back the direction? I am basically torn between money and spiritual entrepreneurship.Su Davey: Hi Renee, sit quietly and do some deep breathing and ask for your higher power to send you signs, release the money worry and trust all is well. Pamela Cummins: I’m hearing the Carpenters song, “We’ve only just begun.” Your confusion is part of the process of finding out your new calling. I see Dorothy and the crew of The Wizard of Oz going down the yellow brick road. So follow the path of the unknown! Suezee Hankey-Duty: You must decide “why and what” you are in the game of life for! But I will tell you this, MONEY should never be chased by this. I mean you should never do something for the money, especially when it comes to spiritual matters. That IS NOT why we have our abilities! Try thinking in another direction: If you are doing what you are shown is your true path, with unconditional love and faith, then you will always be taken care of… Christina Nelson: Keep the job… you will know when the timing is right… The one in what we do as light workers is very minimal, takes years to build a client base, at least it did for me and many of my collogues, be smart… just take time before you step into the full time roll as a light worker if this is your only means of supporting your financial needs. Elaine Good: Hello Renee, any career you have followed so far has not worked out the way you expected and this has led to some disappointment in life. Learning lessons and becoming spiritually enlightened allows you to help others with their own difficulties. This can take many years of self-development and healing. Keep at the day job and start taking on clients in your spare time. It can take many years to build a loyal clientele of repeat clients. You will always have enough money. Keep your heart in love and be proud of what you represent with spirit. Good luck. Diane Hiller: Work your regular job and start a spiritual practice part time. If you are meant to do the work, the doors will open. This is a process. It does not happen overnight. In the psychic world, I believe you must have the intention to help and be of service, but you also need to charge for your services. There is nothing wrong with making money helping others. We have to pay our bills like everyone else. It is your heart’s intention that matters. Gifts are given and they can be taken away from those who focus only on money. Elaine Good: I agree with you Diane. Training courses, premises and professional insurance cost a lot of money. We have to break even at least. In the old days my dad worked full time as a milkman and did his healing in his spare time. Insurance or a certificate of qualification were not needed and he worked for free. If you do that in this day and age and someone sues you, you are in a whole heap of trouble. I have a different rate for clients on low income as compared to my normal clients. I try to keep sessions affordable. We all have to do our best. Question
From Shawn: I am wondering if my anxiety issues that I’ve been dealing with for the past year are ever going to subside? I’m always tired and constantly fear that I have something wrong with me (like always worried that I have a bad heart or lungs, which I’ve had my heart checked and showed nothing wrong) just my anxiety making me feel there are problems with me. And I also wondered if anyone sees an engagement proposal coming my way.Suezee Hankey-Duty: Shawn, your anxiety is nothing but your fear manifesting itself… You need to work on this ‘fear’ of self; of being the real you… Try starting a meditation each and every day. It’s easiest done in a nice warm bath with Epsom salts, and a guided meditation… Shut out that ‘ego human mind’ and just BEE!!! As you discover the real you, you will also discover a whole new world around you and things will just seem to fall into place. Things like… a proposal!!! I hope you understand!! Pamela Cummins: My guides yelled, “Get help!” Please find a therapist, coach, or spiritual adviser to help you. I’m hearing the Eagles sing their song, “Victim of Love.” What that means is you need to be comfortable within yourself. If you don’t, you will attract or be in a relationship where you’re the victim and expect your mate to save you. I see you holding hands, which is more symbolic for an adviser helping you through this. Elaine Good: Dear Shawn, I’m sorry to hear about your anxiety issues. Try to find some help from a medical professional and some spiritual strength from a healer or therapist. This anxiety has been bottled up for many years and is leaving your physical body like a safety valve letting off steam. There is a quick solution for you once you have an appropriate treatment. Please don’t look for love until you have had some healing time. Then the love you seek will come looking for you. Diane Hiller: Anxiety is one of the most treatable disorders. It often involves thinking errors such as over generalization, and is always about fear of the future, as depression is about the past. It can have a very strong genetic component as well as a past life component. The book by Stanley Hibbs on Amazon is good, I saw him speak. He is a widely recognized expert on anxiety. Also Hope and Help for Your Nerves by Dr. Clare Weeks is excellent. She is a psychiatrist who suffered from panic attacks, and oldie but a goodie. Should you want to consider medication, look into being tested by Genomind. This is a DNA analysis of how you metabolize meds and what will and will not work for you. It’s an amazing report. Covers everything you will ever need to know about how you will react to any psychotropic or pain medication and more. They argue with insurance and out of pocket cost is not more than $300. Lower if you can qualify. On the spiritual side, anything such as pranic breath work or methods to slow the mind can be helpful. A regression may also help you, though I feel this is a combination of a past event and biology. I would see a good therapist trained in CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy). I would also look into what happened a year ago that triggered this response, there may also be some PTSD involved. Anxiety also comes with being a strong empath. You are not in a place to attract the right vibrational energy, get this treated and under control first. June and July of next year are good times for romance. Fear is also held energetically in the kidney so watch for issues in this area as well as your adrenal system. Acupuncture can be of help here, if you are not too chi depleted, then it is not advised. In the Chakra system this is Chakra 2. Color is orange, wear this color, eat foods of this color… chant seed sound of VAM in rounds of 108, pelvic tilts, scissor kicks, all help bring healing energy to this chakra. Views:]]>
