Question From anonymous: I was informed in confidentiality from a very reliable source in upper management that a layoff is being discussed and would most likely happen early fall. This is direction by the corporate office and the purpose is to reduce overhead costs. I’m part time and charge my hours to overhead. They do save money on my behalf because they don’t have to pay for fringe benefits for me such as health insurance. I’m grateful that the individual gave me a heads up for the purpose of personal financial/budget planning and I feel like the company doesn’t want to lose me, but may not have a choice. Do you perceive me being laid off and, if so, will I have other job opportunities in the same line of work as a defense contractor with specialized experience in finance and government contracts? Also, do you perceive any cutthroat or backstabbing from co -workers that would like to see me be laid off? I currently don’t have much work and it’s boring. Employees in the office know I have a light workload at the current time which is more of a reason for me to be laid off. Thank you! Jacqueline Lunger: Get ready to go elsewhere. However I sense a different opportunity to return to this company in about 9 months. They do like you and your work, so excellent references are a certainty. Diane Hiller: I feel that the information you got was good and meant to protect you. I agree you should start to look for another job. I don’t feel your co-workers have anything to do with the decisions. They were made at the end of the fiscal year which feels like July to me. I feel you need to broaden your search based on both finance and government jobs. I do not feel other opportunities here until the end of their next fiscal year. Rebecca Lynn Nidey: The feeling I get is that you will be leaving your present job but it will be an opportunity to find something that will fit your needs as well as being something that will spark your juices again. It may be in another branch of the company you work for or the like. Your co-workers are more concerned with their own possible job losses. Treat them with kindness and consideration while you are still there and if you come back. They are all in the same boat, so to speak. Su Davey: I also agree as I sense movement around you but go with a grateful heart. I feel a return will be offered in 2016. Blessings Pamela Cummins: My guides said, “A new opportunity will be refreshing.” I am seeing a job that has a different feel to it than office work, retail perhaps? It feels peaceful and I see interactions with clients/customers. Elaine Fessey: Dear friend, this job is unstable and you are capable of much more. You move into a new job early 2016 and there are as many hours as you need. Let go of your current job. The next one is much happier. No one is backstabbing but there is a lot of fear around. Good luck! Question From Rick: Am I going to be able to get out of this mess before classes start with a working vehicle and a job, so I can move on with the rest of my agenda? I am a medic by trade and medics work hard and I’m not afraid of hard work, but this is like pushing a Buick uphill with the emergency brake on! I’m going bonkers here! Su Davey: Hi rick, my guide came through and said ‘my dear sir you need to stop pushing. Take a moment to still your mind. To every problem there is a solution, and shortly the solution will show up. Blessings Pamela Cummins: My guides said, “Change your attitude, change your life,” and I heard the song lyric, “When the going gets tough, the tough gets going.” When you think of this as an opportunity for growth, things will get easier with a positive attitude, and seize the solution. Vaishali Nikhade: It seems that you will have a small lucky opportunity which will help you get some stability and structure in your situation. There may be some help coming in from a person which will help you move forward in terms of the vehicle and a work-related opportunity. It is a chance opportunity – meaning if you don’t take it, you will lose it. Elaine Fessey: Hello Rick, this mess as you refer to it is actually a blessing in disguise. You emerge stronger and fitter and mentally more alert. Pay attention to ideas you get. A niche is available in a private clinic type setting. A vehicle comes via help from someone. Big rewards are coming if you stay positive. By Autumn you should see the light. Good luck! Question From Sandra: Is it time to rent a space again to do my healing work? Su Davey: Hi Sandra, Not yet, the timing isn’t right but I feel late October to early November will be the time. Blessings Pamela Cummins: I immediately heard yes to your question. My guides are cautioning not to jump at the first opportunity. Funny, I’m hearing Goldilocks say – this one is too hard, this one is too soft, this one is just right. When you find the right place, it will have that ahhh feeling. Jennifer Sieck: I am hearing to wait until the middle to end of September. Right now we are facing some very tense astro aspects and while the desire to move on something may be there, it isn’t the best time to act. Then don’t jump the gun, walk around the places you are looking at and really get a sense if you can see and feel yourself there. Something should come through easily as you listen to your intuition and more in a felt-sense way. Wishing you all good energies Sandra! Vaishali Nikhade: It seems that this is not the right time. You will need to wait it out a bit to address some problems/issues, either related to finances or health, or perhaps also related to a child or family before moving forward. Diane Hiller: I am hearing wait until Oct 1st. After Sept 17th is the best time to make a move due to some really heavy astrological influences. I also feel you may space share with someone in a different but similar line of work. Good luck. Elaine Fessey: Hello Sandra, please wait until Christmas 2015. Then the right people will come to you. You are currently looking in the wrong place. Go closer to a busy city type area where there will be more clients. Good luck!!! Question From Anonymous: My question is: Will I eventually marry the guy I am dating? We seem to be at a standstill in our relationship, and I am unsure of a future with him. Pamela Cummins: I’m sorry but I heard, “No, he is not ready to get married at time.” I got a vision of a basket filled with eggs, a woman’s hand taking an egg out and she is examining the egg. That means to really look at your relationship to see if your needs are getting met, and if is worth it to you to continue this relationship with him. Vaishali Nikhade: It seems after you face some challenges and delays, there is a solution and it shows a successful commitment that will happen. You just need to get past the obstacles. Elaine Fessey: Dear friend, I’m sorry to say that this feels like it’s coming to the end of a cycle. I feel a fear of commitment on both sides, as if you already know the outcome yourself. There is love to come for you so I want to encourage you to continue to work at this, however, as there are still things to learn from this relationship and happy times. Diane Hiller: I feel there is a low chance of this working out. I am hearing there is a great deal of immaturity and lack of commitment on his end. I also feel you are about to, or will soon, outgrow this connection. Views:]]>
