Gabriela is a distance energetic healer who works with people and animals both wild and domestic. She has worked with all different types of animals including dolphins, horses and even pigs! Her clients are located all around the world and vary from both ethnic and religious backgrounds. There is something special about Gabriela that draws souls to her sending out a message of trust. She doesn’t discriminate because she feels all souls are universal and connected. Gabriela grew up in New Jersey.  Her dad was a 3rd generation family business owner, and her mother is a native of Mexico. Her mother told her that as early as 4 years old she would talk to the air as if there was someone interacting with her.  Her mother would try to explain it away to Gabriela.  Both of her parents were very religious and it made them nervous when the interaction would take place. As a child, she was not comfortable around other children her own age and preferred the company of older people.  While all the other little girls were pristine and dressed in frilly dresses, Gabriela was just the opposite.  She was a little tomboy that loved to get dirty and play outdoors with animals. Sometimes the other children would make fun of her for this and tried to make her feel inferior.  Gabriela stood her ground and didn’t allow the others to treat her with disrespect.  She stood up for herself and was comfortable with who she was.  Gabriela was very close to her grandfather growing up.  She loved him and she felt he understood her and he accepted her for who she was, there was no judgment from him. He fostered her love for animals and would have all sorts of critters for her to interact with.  Her grandfather was very religious but equally as spiritual.  He would tell her how beautiful the light was around her and he loved her energy.  Gabriela tells of the time he was dying of emphysema; he had asked her to sit with him and felt her energy a comfort and soothed his soul.  Gabriela and others soon noticed the unusual bond that she had with animals.  She tells of a time when she was with her family at the age of 5 years old.  Her family was at the home of a friend of the family, and they owned a large German Sheppard that was a guard dog.  The dog was considered ferocious by the owners and they had him locked away during the time Gabriela and her family was there.  As the adults talked with one another, Gabriela instinctively knew there was a dog around and she searched until she finally found him. “It was like I had on radar!”  She said, “I knew where to look to find him!”  She immediately felt at ease because there was a being here that she knew she could connect with and he understood her. “I walked in the door, and we just looked at each other,” she said, “I ran over to him and hugged him and he started to lick my face!  He was so amazing and we began to play together.  My parents finally found me, and when they walked in, they found him, on top of me, licking my face and waging his tail!  Once he saw the adults he turned aggressive and charged the door.”  Soon after, others began to notice how the animals would naturally take to her, especially those that were deemed aggressive. Gabriela remembers as a child, the animals communicated with pictures and feelings.  As Gabriela grew up, she attended catholic school.  She remembers that the nuns would do things that were wrong, and often times used negative reinforcement to keep them in line.  She recalls telling the other children that the nuns should not be allowed to bully them. The nun walked back in the room and overheard Gabriela talking to the students about the nuns. For that, she was disciplined. She stood up for what she believed in and often times faced situations where she was not following the other children.  She was definitely a free thinker and wasn’t afraid to voice her feelings.  As Gabriela entered adulthood she remembers back to her childhood and says that she was definitely an Indigo child. In high school she was switched to a Quaker school.  Her parents’ primary concerned wasn’t religion but the quality of the education.  The Quaker schools are well known for their quality education to prepare her for college.  She remembers the “meeting for worship.”  This was a time to reflect on your life and talk to God.  Gabriela reflected, “I found that fascinating, and it sparked an interest.”  She began to research different religions and their similarities, not how they were different.  She then researched energetic, witchcraft, shamanism and different beliefs that aren’t talked about as much. She soon realized that the energetic and shamanism were describing her, and then it all seemed to make sense. Gab moved to Colorado as a young adult and took a Reiki class and then other healing modalities.  She thought to herself how wonderful it would be if she could do this full time, all the time.  She was helping people and animals on a part time basis, but wanted more time to do this.  She was frightened to try to do it full time, and she wondered if the money would be there. She was tired of the rat race in the corporate world.  Waking up, fighting traffic, the anger, the frustrations, then go to the office, and start the grind.  She woke up and asked herself, “Is this it? Get up, go to work and make money so that I can supposedly be happy?”  Her answer, she did not like.  Gabriela began a soul search.  She began jumping from job to job trying to be happy.  When Gabriela married she moved to California and began to work for a healer. Her wonderful husband encouraged her to do her healing work to help those that needed her help.  She stated lovingly, “He helped show me that I needed the courage to go forth and do this.”  One of Gabriela’s greatest teachers was her German Sheppard named Bailey, “He was a looney tunes dog but he loved people.” She said, “He made me realize he was mirroring me!  Light attracts light. He was afraid of his own kind, just like I was afraid of people. I began to see the lessons he was here to teach me.  After the lessons, at age 9 or 10 he got ill and he died.”  Gabriella was devastated at the death.  Later she got another dog and named him DiGin.  Gin was here to continue the lessons she needed to learn.  He came in as a Zen Master.  “People would tell me, this is not a dog,” says Gabriella, “they would see us interact and it was obvious he was a higher soul. I knew he was reincarnated after bailey died.”  Gin got sick and Gabriella asked him not to leave, but he looked her in the eyes and told her he had to go.  He put his paw in her hand as he passed and told her he would be back.  “He told me it would be about a year.”  In a year, Gabriella did get another puppy.  He came back through the same breeder.  “He came back on a full moon.  When he was born I didn’t get to see his birth as with the others.  I knew that there would be a marking that would let me know he was the one. Gin did come back with a star on his forehead and I knew it was him.” She named him Valor.  Valor is now a year and one month old. Gabriela works with just as many animals as she does people.  The animals she has worked with and heals vary from dogs, cats to horses and pigs. She gives messages to the owners of the animals, as well as the animals themselves. Gabriela is able to communicate with the animals using pictures and feelings.  “That is the ways they communicate and that is the same way children think and communicate before they are able to speak.” she says. Gabriela’s energetic sessions last 45 minutes. When she has an appointment wit h a client, she calls for a brief moment to introduce herself to them and begins to tap into their energy.  She then explains to the client that she will be taking 45 minutes to do her energy work. She goes inside herself and gathers information that will be helpful to the client. Once she has completed her work, she then calls them back and delivers the messages she has gotten from her energy work.  Gabriela does not believe in giving negative messages as her messages come from a place of love and light and of healing. The energy is a universal source and of only positive energy; God, Light, Buddha or any other higher power.  The positive source is everywhere at every moment. The de-brief lasts from 15-20 min. Gabriela gets a variety of messages depending on what needs to be shared. It could be messages from loved ones, a medical condition, or something that needs their attention. Also, during the time she is doing her energy work, the person getting the reading will get messages as well, and they will discuss these with Gabriela at that time, and ask questions if needed. Gabriela works with children psychics to help them understand their abilities and confirms with them that it is ok to be who you are with these extra set of senses.   She says she has a responsibility to do what is ethical, and honest. She explains, “This is a real profession so others can follow and do it.” Today, Gabriela is working on a couple of books.  She is waiting for the right publisher and the right moment and stated she will know when it is time   She also has been invited to be a part of Chinhee and Sunhee Park’s new TV series. She says, “The girls are like minded, and we want to do something that shows truth. This is nothing to be afraid of. It’s just an alternative tool; energetic healing and making it a part of healthcare. If it has to come through a TV show then so be it.
