elainefeseyagonyaunt@bellesprit.com I hope your healing circles are going well. This month I am including a meditation to help ease away the buildup of negative stress in your life.
THE LAVENDER FIELD
1. Make sure your environment is quiet, turn off any distractions and make yourself comfortable. Light a candle and dedicate the light to a person or situation for healing.
2. Take several deep breaths and relax your body. Close your eyes.
3. Visualise yourself walking across a field in the sunshine. The birds are singing and there is a gentle breeze blowing warm air across your face.
4. As you walk you begin to smell the beautiful scent of Lavender. In the distance is a field filled with a brilliant blanket of lavender.
5. As you walk into the field remove your shoes and feel the ground beneath your feet.
6. Lie down in the bed of Lavender and let the scent fill your lungs. Breathe it out through the seven layers of your aura.
7. Think of something that has been stressing you lately.
8. Bring the feeling up into your lungs and breathe it out into the Lavender. Breathe the scent of Lavender in and out until the stress has left your body.
9. Replace the stressful feeling with calm and peace.
10. Stand up and brush yourself down.
11. Walk back through the Lavender field. The sun is still shining and butterflies are dancing in the warm sky.
12. As you reach your home begin to wriggle your fingers and toes and bring yourself back into the room.
14. Open your eyes.
15. Eat and drink something light.
16. Remember to blow out the candle!
