Concentrate on clearing your energy field first. This is done by imagining a large old fashioned showerhead above you and visualising golden raindrops falling down within and around you. These carry away any negative energy and replace it with positive, vibrant, cleansing energies.

Next, imagine a lovely ball of golden energy below your feet. Visualise small threads of it unwinding and feel these threads forming roots into the soles of your feet. These roots connect you with the earth and its grounding energy.

Feel this energy spread through your feet and up into your body, revitalizing every molecule and connecting you to the earth below.

As this energy spreads, your chakras open one by one and are flooded with wonderful cleansing light. Feel this travel up your body and come out of your crown chakra, falling gently back down to the earth. A column of light then falls down from above, through your chakras, connecting you with the skies above and the earth below.

Breathe deeply and relax.  Ask for the Kaleidoscope collective to link with you, and for Archangel Michael to come forward to guide you with this visualisation.

Bring your focus straight in front of you and ‘see’ a large ball of energy forming there. Watch as it grows larger.

Now imagine the Earth inside this ball of energy.

Next observe ribbons of bright, sparkling colours appearing in the ball of energy. These ribbons glide gently within the energy, like a kaleidoscope gently changing and merging together, forming beautiful patterns and shapes.

Focus your thoughts on particular situations, events or areas on the earth that you would like to send this wonderful healing energy to. Ask the collective to distribute the powerful healing force contained with this generated ball of energy to these for the highest good of all.

Watch and observe for a few minutes as the ribbons of colour, shapes and patterns are absorbed into the earth.

See the ball of energy and the image of the earth gradually fade.

Now gently open your eyes and bring your energy back in to the room.
