It is about being able to step back and not judge others….or yourself. It is about letting go of the need for conflict, fear and worry and is about laughing, having fun and being content more. Inner peace means not getting so caught up in how things are going to happen, but merely…….going with the flow and creating space for them to unfold. It is about being happy and not being afraid to express love for both yourself and others and to quote the famous words of a beautiful, compassionate lady:
‘Peace begins with a smile.’ ~ Mother TeresaIf each person can just attain a degree of inner piece, then surely this can ripple out and affect the wider world. A world full of contented people can only lead to a peaceful world…..right? In this chaotic world that we live in, where we are fed so much fear and sadness through our governments and media, it is no wonder that people cannot find peace. But maybe to start the process we should begin by looking into ourselves. Each of us can begin by finding at least one thing each day that brings us peace and joy, and to look for the miracles occurring every moment all around us and give gratitude for these. This sense of contentment and inner peace can then begin to ripple around the world and create a more peaceful world. We need to stop being so judgemental of our fellows, embrace our differences and learn from each other. Ignorance breeds fear and fear breeds discontent, which results in becoming disempowered and giving away our sense of peace to the chaos all around us. Learn to be in the calm, centred energy of the eye of the storm…… not in the storm itself, as this is the true place of inner peace and strength. Here is a meditation to send peace and healing to the world and to also send some of that energy to your soul centre to assist you with attaining ‘Inner Peace’:
- First, ground and centre your energy, take some deep breaths and relax.
- Next, ask for your guides to draw near and also if it is for your highest good, for a member of the Kaleidoscope Collective or Archangel Sandalphon to work with you to send healing to the planet.
- Now, visualise a large tall being of light, holding a beautiful ball of energy begin to materialise before you.
- When you have established a firm link with this energy, start to visualise a representation of the Earth (you may see the planet or something slightly different that represents it) and place this in the middle of the ball of energy that the light being is holding.
- See the energy slowly spin around and within the Earth and then see this energy begin to expand. The light being places this energy in to a large green pyramid that appears in front of you both.
- Feel your heart centre open. If you wish, connect with this energy via your heart centre via a ribbon of beautiful energy and fill your being up with the positive healing energies.
- Replenish yourself and then slowly release and see the energy extend further to others around the globe. Feel the energies from the star system enter your very being and flow out into the earth, then the universe surrounding it.
- Now, see the image of the earth slowly dissipate, thank the light being for their love, knowledge and healing and say goodbye.
- When you are ready, open your eyes and bring your awareness back into the room.
- I accept myself with complete love and appreciation.
- I am connected to the source energy which provides me divine well being, infinite abundance and faith in my abilities to attract and create positive outcomes in any situation.
- Serenity fills my entire being.
- I send peace from myself into the world.
