Concentrate on clearing your energy field first. This is done by imagining a large old fashioned showerhead above you and visualising golden raindrops falling down within and through you. These carry away any negative energy and replace it with positive, vibrant, cleansing energies.

Next, imagine a lovely ball of golden energy below your feet. Visualise small threads of it unwinding and feel these threads forming roots into the soles of your feet, connecting you with the earth and its grounding energy.

Feel this energy spread through your feet and up in to your body, revitalizing every molecule and connecting you to the earth below.

As this energy spreads, your chakras open one by one and are flooded with wonderful cleansing light. Feel this energy travel up your body and come out of your crown chakra, falling gently back down to the earth A column of light then falls down from above, through your chakras, connecting you with the skies above and the earth below.

Breathe deeply and relax.

A large light being appears in front of you. They are holding a pure ball of light energy, which they beckon you to take.

Hold this level with your heart chakra.

As you do, thin ribbons of shimmering pink, coral and pale turquoise start to slowly unwind from the light.

They intertwine and wind in to your energy field around your heart chakra and chest area.

One of the coloured ribbons connects with your heart chakra. You feel warmth and joy filling your being and filling it with unconditional love.

The light being steps forward and touches the ball of energy in your hands. A small spark of golden light appears in the middle of it.

This spark of light travels down the ribbon and connects with your soul. As it does so you feel a profound sense of peace spread through you.

The light being speaks to you and tells you that your soul has received a spark of divine light to assist to reconnect you with your true soul purpose, gain clarify and move forward positively on your life’s journey.

Sit quietly absorbing this energy and note any thoughts or images that float through your mind during this time.

The light being steps forward and the ribbons gently disappear back in to the ball of energy and it takes this from you again.

Sit quietly and take some time to reconnect with the earth.

Slowly open your eyes. You may wish to record your thoughts & feelings after completing this meditation for future reference.
