I’m sorry.
Please forgive me.
I love you.
Thank you.
Ho’oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian practice of forgiveness and reconciliation. This practice goes back to the mid-1900s. It helps to heal yourself, or anyone, as well as anything that needs healing. This is great for everyone. Forgiveness is essential to help us remember our true essence.
It is a process of cleaning and clearing. We create our own reality. We create all people and situations in our lives. This means we take 100% responsibility for everyone and everything in our lives. This deals with everything on the conscious, as well as subconscious level. Meaning, good, bad, indifferent… we are responsible for it being in our lives.
This is very hard to comprehend. Our minds think millions of thoughts daily, yet we are only conscious of a small amount of these thoughts. So when we have a thought, it activates a memory stored in our subconscious mind. From there, it manifests as a problem. Problems are actually memories we’ve had that comes back again, throughout our lives. When we become aware that we are responsible for everything we manifest in our lives, we accept the responsibility and we have an opportunity to remove them from our lives.
Ho’oponopono deals with our personal life plan. We ask the Divine to come in and heal all thoughts and memories that are holding us back in the present. There is no need to feel guilty; we are not aware why we have activated this memory. The memory then becomes a problem we have in our life. We ask the Divine to come in and show us the perfect solution to resolve this problem. By doing do, we allow the right answer to be given. We ask for Forgiveness, Cleansing, Purifying, Releasing, Removing Negative Memories, Blocks, Energies and Vibrations, we then transmute these unwanted energies to Pure Light… It Is Done!
I am sorry is about acknowledging that I have created the problems in my life, either consciously or subconsciously. We are responsible for our lives. By blaming others, we are giving our power away. This in turn helps to create even more problems. When we realize that we are never separate from God, we remove the illusion and make room for Miracles.
Please forgive me is basically the same. You are asking for forgiveness, which has already happened. In truth, there is nothing to forgive. All is made correct through God.
I love you means we are all Love. We are all one as love. Love brings us together. We endure only as Love. Nothing else is real. We are one with all that is.
Thank you means all is forgiven. Be thankful for the opportunity to clear this and let it go. When you say thank you, you are expressing gratitude. You are showing your faith and know the issue at hand will be resolved for the highest good of all concerned.
Welcome blessings into your life. Let go of learned suffering.
I am sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you.
Make this your mantra! Say it every day, especially when you are having a negative feeling or see something that brings up a negative emotion.
Ho’oponopono can be used any time for any situation. No matter how big or small the situation is, just say these words over and over and see what happens.
Believe!
