Intuitive Life Signs bring the empowerment of an oracle card reading to a deeper level, showing you each of the possibilities in the sign you chose. Choose your sign and match it with the message. It’s that simple! Each sign’s corresponding meaning has questions and suggestions as to how to use that meaning to gain introspection, clarity and clear answers about your life’s issues. Learning to live an intuitive life is as simple as trusting your gut on which sign calls to you! Looking deeper can bring you to a place of fulfillment and enlightenment. You choose! What sign calls to you today? 1. Hidden Treasures At this time there lies a secret behind the walls and the crevices along the paths you walk everyday. You are so focused on the path, on the motivation to walk along the path, on the stones beneath your feet, on your feet moving so you do not fall, you do not see the treasures hiding behind the walls. The secret treasures lie hidden from your view. It is perhaps time to stop walking, stop doing, stop planning and creating and living your life focused on the path. Instead, take a break! Take a vacation. Take some time to wander around your house, hang out with friends, family or in nature and just look at where you are in life. What lies behind the walls that are around you? What secrets lie buried waiting to be revealed to you, if you only look? What truths are staring you right in the face that you have been unable to see because you are so busy walking? Stop. Hit pause. Look up. Look around you. Are there treasures you are missing? What are they? 2. The Lion and the Lamb There once was a lion who was friends with a lamb. That’s the ideal, isn’t it? The lion and the lamb are the ultimate sign of peace on earth, of all things well and right in the world. When the lion lays down with the lamb, in friendship, in harmony, everything else will be okay. The problem is with this friendship is that lions and lambs don’t have a lot in common, other than being predator and prey. Their whole relationship has been built on this antagonistic nature. Their whole world and function for being has been built on the yin and yang of being lion, predator, and lamb, prey. Without the battle and struggle between them, they suddenly don’t know what to do! They don’t know how to act or who to be! They have no idea of how to function in this new world. The same can be said for a portion of your life right now. Where is it that a new found peace has suddenly disrupted your way of being? Have you mended a broken friendship or healed an old wound? Once the back and forth of the drama action is gone, you can be left with an unsettled feeling. It is not bad. It is not good. It is just unsettled. Learning to live a new way in a peaceful place is about finding a new identity, a new purpose. If you aren’t lion or lamb anymore, what are you? What are they? And how do you live, co-exist, and still play together? Perhaps it’s time to find a new game to play! What would that look like? A lion and an alligator? 3. The Busy Bees Once upon a deadline day there lived an office full of people on B Street. The people were coming and going as busy little bees. There was a hum about the whole thing. Machines were whirring. The sound of keyboards went click-ity clacking. The constant drone of conversation filled the air. It was a buzz with activity, an absolute buzz. Then one day, a meeting was called. The buzzing stopped. Everyone assembled, buzzing about in their little groups until the Queen Bee spoke. The company was folding. The doors were closing at 5 pm, never to be opened again. A silence fell across the drones. Then one person squeaked a gasp, and another a sigh, and another a yell… and the buzzing began again. But this time it was not a happy buzz, it was an angry buzz! It was loud and fearful. High pitched squeals and low grumbles filled the office space. It was a defiant and angry buzz. The whole tone of the place had changed. The hive was in chaos. Security showed up suddenly and was escorting people out. It was as if they had been invaded. The clouds of chaos engulfed this one little office and no one knew what to do. Silence descended across the hive that was once was alive. A couple of weeks later, one drone came back to the hive. It was silent. It was still. It was empty. He cried for a moment, left a flower at the doorstep and went on his way. A few years later the office was sold. A new buyer had bought in with a new company, new ideas and new life. He brought in a whole slew of busy bees to keep his company going. The clickity clack started up again. The phones were ringing. The people were coming and going. The music was alive and well in the old office on B Street and life moved on. The moral to this story is what you will take of it. Are you at the point of a busy bee, humming along? Are you at a crisis chaotic ending? Are you at the point of loss, of silence? Are you ready to begin a new tune? The hum, the buzz, of life varies at each point of our lives. By paying attention to the noise around you, you may get insight as to where it is you are at and what you need to do to get your drones, your self and your life buzzing again! 4. The River Over the river and through the woods to Grandmother’s house we go… says the nursery rhyme. But where exactly is it you are going? The thing about nursery rhymes or fairy tales is that there is always a purpose. There is meaning. There is a moral to the story. The journey is not the destination, the cottage with the witch or the wolf or the white rabbit is the destination. There is always a word of caution. There is always a good guy and a bad guy. There is always a point to the story. No one tells these stories just to tell these stories. There is wisdom that they are attempting to impart upon you. So, if you have chosen the River today, check in with yourself. What is the story you are telling yourself today? What story do you tell others? About your life? About your purpose in life? How do you start your story? What is the event, or plot, of the story of your life that changed you, that altered you, that taught you in some way? What would happen if your story went from a cautionary tale to an inspiring tale? What if you changed the point, or the moral of your story? The characters might remain the same, but the whole tone of the story would change. How would others see you differently? How would you see yourself? Perhaps you are the good guy in a bad guy disguise? Perhaps you are the hero after all. 5. The Tree of Life “Wherever you go, there you are.” is a saying many like to quote. This is true. But, what is truer is that you, the you that you are right now reading this in this very moment will be someone completely different a minute or two from now. “You”, the idea of you is forever changing, forever in growth, forever in a state of flux. It is the way of life. Do you remember being a baby? Do you remember being a child? How about a teenager? What did you look like then? What did you act like? What did you think like? Not like you do now, eh? Nope. Not like you do now. Now you are a different person. Now you are completely different than you were at two years old. Wherever you go, there you are, but it will be a different version of you. It is like the tree, adding layers and layers upon its bark, growing bigger and wider and taller and perhaps even wiser. It grows and changes with age. So do you. If you have chosen this sign, realize that whatever you do is because that is what you are learning to do, now. Whatever you do tomorrow will be what you are ready to learn tomorrow. Whatever you did yesterday or years ago was whatever you were ready for then. There is a time and a purpose at each stage of growth. Do not expect yourself as a sapling to hold the weight of a giant tree. You are living, doing, experiencing exactly what you need to be, right here, right now, at whatever stage of growth you are in. Wherever you are, there you be! 6. Captain of Your Own Ship There once was an old wooden boat, a sailor’s boat. It was not the large mast ships that could carry a thousand men with Captains and orders and such. It was the smaller ship that carried the men from the larger ships to shore. It was the transporter ship. It was simply a rowboat. Now the sailor that rowed this little boat back and forth from shore to the big ship and back again did not sail on the larger ship. He was not a deckhand or a Captain. He did not travel to the far off seas and explore far off lands. He did not smell the open ocean or battle the big waves and storms. He simply waited in his little town and when the big ships came in, he rowed his little boat out and picked up a few men and rowed them back into town and rowed them back with their supplies to the ship. The sailors were a rowdy lot and would call him mini-man and Captain row-a-bout. They had all sorts of nicknames for him and teased him mercilessly. But he did not mind. He knew that he and his little rowboat were more important to them than any large ship would ever be. For without him, they would be stuck on the great ship forever, never to reach the land. If you have chosen this sign it is time you took a look at what ship you are sailing these days. Do you feel that your ship is too small to matter? Do you feel that you are meant to be Captain of a larger ship? The truth is that without the small boats, the men, supplies and goods necessary for the larger ship to sail would never reach them, nor would they ever reach land. Perhaps your small ship is more necessary to the life of others than you, or they realize. What ship are you sailing? 7. Rose In a land far, far away lives an ordinary woman in an extraordinary place. She lives in a rose garden. Now this is not just an ordinary rose garden that one would see in an ordinary home. No. This is an extraordinary rose garden with thousands of varieties of roses of every different color under the sun. Each day she walks among the paths in-between the roses pluming and trimming, humming and singing to each one. She lovingly cares for and tends, nurtures the blooms as they come from bud to rose. Each branch she is familiar. Every leaf she knows by name. They are her life and she is theirs. It is said that at a certain point when the light is just right that you cannot tell where the roses ends and she begins. She becomes a rose. The others do not even know her actual name. They just call her Rose. If you picked the sign of the rose today, there is much to learn from the one who lives with roses. Where is it in your life that you do something so naturally that it just becomes you, and you become it, to the point that you don’t even know that you are doing it anymore? Where is it that your passion has become your life to the point that you are your passion? Sometimes we think we have to be more, do more, be different, when in fact, doing what we love and being who we are is the most important of life’s purpose there can be. What is it that is you? What is so you that you are it? Perhaps that is what makes you extraordinary and most meaningful to the world! 8. Ancient Aliens It is possible many, many, many years ago that a species of alien came and landed on this planet. It is possible that the species was you. Yup! We all started somewhere. But where your mind went when you heard that statement is more a testament to where you are now than to how this whole human race got started. Think back. What is it that drew you to this sign? Were you hoping for some supernatural, amazing insight into the past that could blow the lid off science and the world as we know it? Were you thinking of the ancient Egyptians or the Star Beings that could draw you to a place filled with new life? What is it that drew you to this sign, to this image of Ancient Aliens? This message is more about where you are at than where we all come from. Think about the hope, the dreams, the longing or attraction that lives within you wanting more, wanting answers, wanting mystical or paranormal reality. What is it that you are really looking for? Is it excitement? Something to break up the day-to-day routine? Is it imagination? Ground breaking information? New life? What is it that you need so badly that you are looking that far outside of yourself for the excitement of something that is indescribable? What do you really need? Is it time you land on a new planet, a new idea, a new place? Is it time for you to travel to new lands? Only you can tell. That is where new life really begins and the mystery of the ancients arrives at your doorstep. 9. Sunset Waters There is nothing more calming than a sunset over water. It is at that moment when sky hits fire hits earth hits water that all of the elements combine to create a spectacular display of light beauty. It is within that glow that we see the movement of the sun like none other, that we are able to stand in awe struck glory with the rest of humanity in an homage to the light ball that gives us life. And it is that moment that we might, we just might, realize the earth is round and that we are flying through space on our little Earth ship through the vastness of the cosmos. Or, we just think it is pretty. Either way, it is the one time when all of humanity seems to stop and agree to watch one event happen in one moment. It is like permission is granted to just take that minute to appreciate the beauty of this world we live in. Some societies have a tradition where everyone stops whatever they are doing at sunset and they all walk out to watch the moment when the red ball falls into the blue sea. Some have the tradition at sunrise. It is that time when neither light nor dark have fully encapsulated us and we are free to stand in between the two, honored for a moment in the balance. If you have been drawn to this sign, perhaps it is time for you to honor something that is as ordinary and yet extraordinary as a sunset. Perhaps it is time to find a place, a moment in time, a space, where you can connect with all of humanity in a shared appreciation of the beauty of simply being here on earth. Or maybe it is just time to take a few moments and sit and stand and watch a sunset over water. Views:]]>
