Belle: Tell us about yourself; How did you get started on your path? Kimberley: I share a mix of experience from the non-profit, corporate and entrepreneurial arenas. I started my career at a sexual assault center, working mostly with women who’d experienced incest. I was blessed and honored to witness the beauty, creativity, wisdom, and love arise as they transformed their lives by clearing distortions around old perceptions and imposed judgments. What I learned was that no matter the level of trauma or stress, all women carry shame and self-judgment that hampers our true self-expression and keeps us bound. Old paradigms, old contracts and agreements, and old patterns bind us. We walk with a natural gift to share; one that we’re meant to use with full awareness, one that supports others. That ability is so natural that we dismiss or overlook it; we don’t recognize its value and the impact that it has on others’ lives, nor do we grasp that it can ultimately change the world. As we release and dissolve what no longer supports us and our soul, we free ourselves from the beliefs that limit our experience and keep us ‘small’. By freeing ourselves up, our impact expands in ways that defy logic, we magnetize the community of souls who’re waiting for our help, and our lives transform as we enhance our capacity to share and serve. Our habit has been to separate spirit from the everyday; NO MORE. We’re bringing the sacred into the everyday. There is no separation. Spirit was ‘poking’ me to move to a new edge, to create something that I couldn’t fully see yet. Sessions with my mentor, Janice Mark (www.feminosity.com) and time in meditation and journaling during a retreat brought Unleashing the Shameless Woman to life. Any new edge can bring up fears or resistance in the form of confusion, because it asks us to release what we think we know so that the Divine can speak and act through us. All of my programs have come to me through Spirit’s Divine Guidance. Belle: In visiting your website, I see you offer so many programs to help people along their path of healing and growth. Would you share the services you offer? Kimberley: I offer private Creative Emergence sessions and group programs. One is called the Frequency WakeUp Call. Transformation often occurs through Illness, crisis or loss, experiences judged as negative when, in fact, they’re a dramatic call from the soul to listen more deeply. The ways we’ve learned to manage challenge, stress and various levels of trauma keeps our energy locked and bound in limitation.  Life circumstances, habits and patterns represent an invitation and opportunity to open more deeply to life. I offer a new way to address your challenges and a new perspective that feeds your soul -sharing a method that will access the wisdom of your body to meet your challenges with greater acceptance, increased confidence, clarity and courage to create the life that you’re called to live. Another program I present is Unleashing the Shameless Woman. Women are rising up and unshackling the collective shadows that have us consciously or unconsciously making choices from a place of shame, denial, unworthiness, and attitudes of undeserving or ‘not good enough’.  Letting go of the energies that keep you bound, that stifle your voice and maintain a sense of releases the subliminal patriarchal constrictions that have been influencing the lives of women for millennia. It’s time to own our light and reclaim the fragments we’ve denied. This transforms our life into a soulful unfolding synchronicity of grace, influencing the lives of those around you and ultimately, the world at large. This program gives you the experience to access the wisdom of your body and meet your challenges with greater acceptance, increased confidence, clarity and courage to create the life that you’re called to live, while honoring the shameless woman within you. Together, we can stand tall as women and radiate the truth of who we are. Then there is a fun program called ImPassioned: Happy, Holy Heart. This program expands upon your experience of Unleashing the Shameless Woman to deepen further into the various aspects of life and relationships; your relationship with yourself, with your significant other, your family, your friends, and your colleagues. And then there is a follow-up program called ImPassioned in Action. In this program you integrate what you’ve experienced in Unleashing the Shameless Woman and Happy, Holy Heart and bring it out into the world. It may be a personal creative project, a community project or a project for work or your business. The work is all about being all of who you really are and authentic self-expression so that you can share, serve and shine with confidence, clarity and Source-driven purposeful passion. We clear any distortions that hold you back, dissolve what no longer supports you and free you up so you can live the life of adventure that you’re meant to live. Belle: Why do you feel it is often important for a person to utilize a life coach? Kimberley: The planetary shift brings increasingly high frequencies and can feel chaotic as the old patterns that are not in alignment with the new era are released. It asks a lot of us and the hunger of our soul is magnified. We must feed our soul in new ways in order to best ride the wave. We can’t do it alone, particularly when one feels ‘called’ to help others and make the world a better place. We need someone who has the capacity to live and work in the higher frequencies to assist us to tune into them for ourselves. Once you experience the feeling of wholeness that exists within, you can choose to move forward from that empowered space. It’s simple, but doesn’t always feel easy and we can get stuck in our comfort zone (even if it’s not comfortable). You need someone who can support you to move outside of the familiar to dissolve old, limiting patterns and open to the everyday miracles that will surprise and delight you. This work is not just more information for you to add to your resources. It asks that you do your part until this way of living becomes automatic for you, just like the old patterns are on auto-pilot when you begin. YOU CAN unleash the power of your passion and blaze a trail of your own free-spirited adventure! Belle: I recently attended your program called Unleashing the Shameless Woman, which was incredible, by the way. How does this program help women who are struggling to move forward on their life path? Kimberley: We all buried emotions in the past when an experience was painful or challenging. We may even think we dealt with it. However, it remains alive within, right in our bodies. In fact, it continues to influence our current decisions, choices and actions. When we deny parts of ourselves by burying them, we also cap our joy and our freedom factor. This program is foundational, transformative and will change you, if you let it. It shows you how to rediscover the truth that is buried in what I call the ‘sludge’ in our body; that place where we shoved down what we judged as negative. Shining the light on what you denied and avoided gives you the opportunity to accept what happened to you, to acknowledge it and love it free, once and for all. This is key to living the life you’re destined to live, beyond your wildest dreams. Belle: Are there other programs you are working on for the future? Kimberley: Oh, Yes! I am working on a couple of new programs that will come out in 2014. The first is ImPassioned: The Spirit of Your Business. This program is designed to assist entrepreneurial spirits, creatives, healers, coaches, and visionary souls to tune into the spirit of their business to open to the divine synchronicities, resources, connections, and opportunities that are available now in new ways. We’ll let go of strategizing and overwhelm to experience the power of your inner wisdom’s guidance system and go beyond anything you’ve imagined. The other program is a Creative Emergence Coach Certification.
