Secrets will be revealed this year. It is all about the truths; healing, Spirituality and science will be known this year. It is a good time to be one with nature, so definitely the element of water is very important this year. Being by the sea, being by the lake, being in by the rivers and Ocean is definitely going to be therapeutic. If a person is not balanced, also taking nature trail walks in the forest is very helpful too. This is definitely a good time to be very in tune with your spirit and also clean up your diet. Be mindful of the foods you consume. It’s not a time for action unless the action is coming to you. Think, think, think before you do. 2014 is a good time to use your mind and let that work for you. Any plans and goals that you want to achieve for this year, it is a good time to think about it, meditate and received what spirit wants you to know about those areas. Notice the dreams you are having, you might find your answers in them. This is a good time for education, so educate yourself. Take some classes or be open to the information. This is a good time to sharpen your skills on any plans, pay close attention to details and listen. This is also a good time to look at any foundation of plans, to reach your goals for yourself and build off of that. Remember to rejuvenate your body by resting and relaxing. This is the time to spend alone and make sure your health is in balance. Drink water and watch your diet, eating foods that are good for the body. This is a good time for that as well.
