Start small and build in steps Make resolutions that are somewhat achievable. Build them up. For someone who has not been going to the gym for years, to make a resolution to go five days per week to the gym is a little bit far-fetched. It is not impossible, but highly unlikely that most people will be able to stick to such a resolution. Instead, for a person who is not a frequent visitor to the gym, exercising three days a week is a good start. After keeping this resolution for a few months or so, they can build it up to make it five days a week or more. Once this becomes a habit, they can make more resolutions to improve their exercise routines, participate in more difficult or different types of classes. They can build it up to where they can actually start doing races each year. But for someone who is a couch potato, to aim for a big thing from the very start can cause disappointment. It is good to aim for it, but best to start with baby steps. Build it up from three days to five days and more. The key is to start small, then gradually build up to get to the goal. Cleaning out the stuff that does not work Another thing you can do is reflect back on the last year. Certainly, a lot of things didn’t work out and ended up taking a lot of time and space. It is important to note what does not work. This brings us to the concept of space. If something bad is occupying your space, you are not allowing the good to come in. This is because your space is already occupied. As a psychic reader, I get lots of clients for relationship questions. Many of them have issues in their relationship. There are two ways to go about it: repair or replace. If you choose to repair it, then by all means do so. But certain relationships may not be able to be repaired. In such a case, it is better to aim for replacement. This is a very difficult concept for some people. It is a lesson they have to learn in their own time. In one parking space, you can only park one car. If you fill that parking space with a bad or non-usable car, you are not allowing room to bring in a new car. In order for you to park a new car there, the first thing you will need to do is let go of the old car from the parking space. Sometimes, there are emotions attached to it. It may be hard to let go. But time is the best healer – it is the “This too shall pass” concept. So, clear the space of the things that are not working to make room for new things to come. None of us are perfect in any way. We all make mistakes and learn our lessons. Just by being aware of our mistakes and taking into account a few small things, we can make changes to our lives for the better. If you are confused about something or unsure where to go, it is best to look at it from a neutral perspective. This will help you dig deeper and understand the issues. This can be done through meditation and using your third eye to look at things. This is what psychic readings can also help you with – to get a neutral perspective from a third party. Views:]]>
