This month we are going to explore connecting with energy and developing the ability to see and sense energy fields. We will look at channelling interpretations of energy fields and producing healing artwork.
Creative energy can be an amazing healing tool. It can be utilised to express emotions, interpret auras and to reinvent your story. The ability to see and sense auras of people, animals and plants can be developed so that healing can be channelled. This can enable your energy field to recharge and balance thus maintaining optimum health and wellbeing. An Auragraph can be produced to highlight any areas currently in need of healing and balancing, any cords that need to be released and also to give a more general life reading for an individual.
As a psychic artist, you can develop the skills needed to produce an Auragraph for others. It is all about shifting your perspective and seeing beyond what is, at first, presented to you.
To begin with, try this simple exercise. Hold up your hand, and clearly focus on its shape and outline. Now shift your focus and look just beyond your hand and focus on something in the distance. Let your hand remain in your central field of vision but looking through it. Slowly keep shifting your main focus from your hand to the distant object and back again. This will develop your ability to change perspective.
Next, whilst looking in the distance beyond your hand, notice if there are any fuzzy edges, sparkling or double images of your fingers or hand shape. This is the beginnings of developing the ability to see the subtle energy fields. This exercise can also be completed connecting with the subtle energy field of a plant or animal in exactly the same way.
As you develop this ability, you may begin to see colours. This may appear as flashes, bands or whole outlines of specific colours. Interpretations of these colours may differ from person to person and you will develop your own “dictionary” of their meanings.
Here are a few of my own personal interpretations of some of the colours that I have observed in auras and their meanings:
Red – anger or resentment, a need for control, passion for a creative energy, energy/vibrancy. A need for healing, as the red energy represents inflammation, and needs to be “cooled” with another colour.
Green – Development of healing abilities, animal communication and connection with animal guides. Connection on a heart level and the need for some healing to be received. Nature associations and balance.
Blue – can be used for cooling down inflammation and bringing about calm. Connection with Archangel Michael. Healing energies and communication highlighted. Sometimes the need to express oneself more effectively.
Pink – Heart level energy. Compassion and self love. Connecting with the Inner child. Earth healing when used with the healing properties of green and also balance. Energy level connection with the angelic realms.
Yellow – Vibrancy and emotions. Connecting to inner source of energy. Life-force energy centre. Letting go of old emotions and beliefs. Abundance and creativity.
Orange – Creative centre. Fertility and sexuality. New beginnings, motivation and change.
Purple – Spiritual awakenings, deep thinking. Psychic protection and links to guides.
Turquoise – positive communication and expression. Young person with old soul energy. Working in the communication arts, for example: as a speaker or teacher or trainer.
There are many other interpretations and each colour can also be broken down to differing shades.
To produce an Auragraph you need to have a representation of the entity you are going to be connecting with. This may be in the form of a template outline. You may be connecting with a person, plant or animal in front of you or it may be a distance connection via a provided photo.
Have your template and art materials to hand. I personally find working with pastels easier for this exercise as they can be smudged and blended quickly.
Concentrate on connecting with the subtle energy field of the individual. Ask their higher self for permission to connect and to reveal any information that is needed to provide an Auragraph. Now look slightly past the person, plant or animal and see what comes in to focus. This may take some time and if it does not happen straight away rest your eyes and then try again.
When you are ready and begin to notice colours, reach for the most appropriate coloured pastel and blend it over the template outline in the appropriate area. If needed, make a note of any feelings, thoughts or images that you experience at the same time as these may also be relevant. When completing a reading working with an Auragraph you may also receive guidance for the individual you are completing it for.
Healing Art is another form of energy art. When you complete an Auragraph you may also receive information relating to the health of an individual and how to assist them through accessing healing energy. Apart from receiving healing they may benefit from having a piece of artwork produced that contains an interpretation of the healing properties needed.
Healing Art may include the use of symbols or sacred geometry and incorporate specific crystals to assist with the healing process. It can also take the form of sculpture accompanied by an inspirational message or affirmation for their healing journey.
I also work with others to harness their creative energy to release emotional blocks and heal. Creativity can be used to express a past “life story” and “re-story” their life, to assist them to move forward. This process is used by Shamans to assist others to heal and empower themselves. Shamans help others to access, express and accept all aspects of themselves and to see the beauty within their souls and harness this through creativity.
Take some time to enjoy linking with the energy of people, plants and animals and exploring the different sensations of connecting with them. Keep a record of your development and why not enquire about having your aura photographed.
From April’s issue of Bellesprit magazine, I will complete an auragraph for one lucky reader each month and give a brief interpretation to accompany it. If you would like to receive an auragraph, please write to me at tinamcnaughton13@gmail.com by the 6th March.
