Jennifer Sieck’s magical life journey led her to listen more deeply to her own soul’s calling and to reflect that back to others through her Sacred Bracelet’s Intuitive designs.
By Kimberly Ward
Jennifer says “I knew I was intuitive very early on. I knew things came to me through a sixth sense.” Her family was what she refers to as “Head over Heart” which did not allow her to trust her own growing intuitive nature. Still, she would take long walks in nature which strengthened her soul connection to the four sacred elements of earth, air, fire and water.
In High School, she became intrigued with psychic phenomenon and started keeping a dream journal. Her continued interest led her to working with Zenner cards; these are the cards that contain a circle, square, star, + sign and squiggle’s, and is used for prediction. Jennifer says she became quite adept at ‘sensing’ which card was next in the deck. After High School, Jennifer says that these metaphysical interests sort of ‘fell away.’ However, during a time of unemployment, Jennifer’s interest in all things metaphysical re-surfaced. She put the six months of unemployment to use by meditating and connecting with the universe to discover her calling in the world, as well as the nature of her gifts.
Jennifer believes that when we have a difficult experience, it is an opportunity to connect more deeply on a soul level and it, in turn, awakens a spiritual experience within us. This re-awakening of her intuitive nature had her questioning why intuition worked. She wanted to know, “Why, when someone connected to Archetypes, they also connected more deeply and authentically with themselves.”
It was during a meditation that Jennifer received the messages that she needed to do Tarot Readings. She listened to these messages and went business to business looking for anyone needing an intuitive Tarot Reader. In those early days, she was led to an opportunity working at a gay bar called Downtown Connection for their astrology nights, and also doing readings for a growing clientele at a metaphysical store called, Feed Your Spirit. She was also accepted into a Grassroots not-for-profit Music Festival ‘ComFest,’ all of which helped her to build a diverse clientele over a four year period.
Jennifer’s unending question of ‘why’ developed into an interest in Depth Psychology. She refined and grew these interests while completing her undergraduate work at Ohio State University in English Literature, as well as starting to see her own dream of becoming a professional tarot reader come to fruition. Many of her Literature professors noticed her interest and uncanny aptitude for recognizing and writing about deep complex psychological themes in literatures. So, when Jennifer embarked on an intuitive adventure that took her to the West Coast, this seemed like another page turning in what was slowly becoming a magical fairytale, even to Jennifer herself.
In preparation for her move, Jennifer was reading Doreen Virtue and although she was still quite skeptical and, like her family, a bit ‘head over heart,’ she was slowly experiencing and allowing for a magical awakening of her heart. This was the first time she really tuned in and listened to her intuition. She was continuing to read books by Dr. Wayne Dyer, Doreen Virtue and Sonia Choquette, as well as studying the many types of ‘Clair’s.’ During her meditations, she was receiving very clearly channeled messages about where she would live, how much her rent would be and details about the people she would meet. Some of the details of these meditations, as she recanted the story, included living near the ocean and having a train go by daily. Just prior to actually leaving for California, Jennifer was walking somewhere because her guides had insisted she walk rather than take the bus. While on her walk, she came upon a beautiful filigreed golden Angel Wing on the sidewalk. Jennifer saw this as a deep confirmation of her new journey, as well as a gift from her guides as to the divine nature of the choices she was now making.
Finally Jenny’s skepticism fell away entirely. Once settled into her new home, the one she had previously only seen in meditations and dreams, she came to find that she could hear the ocean waves and the train that passed through town each night; and the people she moved in with were exactly as she had seen in her mind’s eye. Jennifer completed her graduate studies in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute in California.
Jennifer Sieck describes herself as colorful and magical, and feels her own journey has held its share of synchronicity. Jennifer is now the owner of a home-based business called Inner Voice Intuitive where she provides spiritual and Depth Psychological Counseling as well as archetypally focused intuitive readings. She says people who want the spiritual aspect of counseling just find her and they show up at different stages of readiness. However, I personally think it is part of her magic and connection to spirit that has a hand in guiding them to her. Jennifer feels strongly that both the spiritual inner work and the depth counseling are just what the world needs so that people can open up to their inner journey and, like her, come to trust their unique intuitive guidance or Inner voice, which will allow them to change the outer world as well.
It was Jennifer’s focus on her own inner work that led her to envision and then create her Sacred Braceletsline. Jennifer was lucid in a dream when her bracelets showed up for the first time. She was walking in a bazaar in India where all these beautiful coiled bracelets were sparkling in the sun. They truly spoke to her soul. She woke up with the intention to make them manifest. She says that creating and wearing the bracelets helped her to heal deep wounded parts of herself and to see who she truly was meant to be.
Sacred Bracelets started as a dream and through the Magic of Jennifer and her guides it has become an artistic embodiment of her connection to spirit. Sacred Bracelets reaches beyond artistic design. The bracelets that Jennifer creates are wearable intuitive healing art that speaks to your soul. Jennifer creates her bracelets by wrapping semi-precious stones, recycled findings, silver, brass, copper and/or spectrum rainbow colored wirework. Each commissioned bracelet that she creates can depict a sacred place, dream scene, animal totem, chakra colors or all of these. The individual custom piece that is designed just for you acts as a spiritual tool that can be used for healing, inner spiritual work, protection or as a piece of powerfully charged jewelry that is beautiful to wear. Each bracelet is unique and one of a kind through combining your vision with Jennifer’s intuitive creativity. Jennifer is anticipating the next intuitive and creative steps the world will awaken to. She says, “Now especially, is the time!”
