An insider look at paranormal investigators. No TV stars here, just your everyday investigator asking questions of other investigators in true Malliard Report form based on Jim Malliard’s online Radio Show, called The Malliard Report.
By Jim Malliard, The Malliard Report
Joshua Ritenour has seen a lot in the paranormal field. He has been an investigator, group founder and even walked away from the field. Josh has returned to investigating in the southwestern PA region and I welcome him to The Malliard Report with my 5 question interview.
Malliard: Do you worry about having a spirit coming home with you from an investigation?
Joshua: There is always a risk that this can happen. However I do not worry about it because my group and I always protect ourselves. If you don’t want to take the risk of a spirit follow you home, then you might not want to be an investigator.
Malliard: Do you have any advice for mediums/physics wanting to work with paranormal groups?
Joshua: Don’t act like the ones that you see on TV.
Malliard: Help us with a quick word on spiritual protection? (I know this is a full can of worms.)
Joshua: Coming from a Christian background, we pray in and pray out asking God to watch our spiritual side.
Malliard: Share with us a tip for a new paranormal investigation group founders.
Joshua: Being a founder can be very stressful and it takes up quite a lot of time. My number one tip would be to always be honest and don’t forget why you got into the field in the first place.
Malliard: Do you prefer to review audio or visual evidence?
Joshua: Audio. I can’t stand staring at a DVR screen for hours on end.
Malliard: Where can people find you? (Links, Twitter, etc.)
Joshua: You can follow me on Twitter: @paranormal_josh or follow me on my Facebook Fan Page: www.facebook.com/joshuaritenour.
Stay tuned for next month’s look at another Paranormal Investigator. Could you or your team be my next subject?
