The Power of Spiritual Healing to Release Your Inner Child Therapy Insights Delighted children splash in puddles, laughing and shouting as they chase one another around the playground. Nostalgia is overwhelming as you reminisce about a carefree childhood when your greatest worry was how long it would be until playtime. Feeling old, you wonder why your life has become so dull. Is it because you are too boring and don’t deserve to have fun? Why have you failed? Perhaps it’s time to invite your inner child out to play? Positive feelings about yourself are stored in the second level of the auric field. This is also linked to the naval chakra and the colour is orange. Unfortunately, and more often than not, this level is overwhelmed by negative feelings about yourself. These could be assumptions like “I’m not good enough, I don’t deserve it” or “I’m too boring.” The energy created by these feelings of low self-esteem and poor self-image infiltrates down to the first layer of the aura which is linked to the base chakra and has the colour red. The end result is a blocking of the flow of healing energy into the physical body. Depression, low energy, poor sex drive and even thoughts of suicide may follow. Spiritual healing helps to clear and move this energy block, releasing the negativity and restoring health and vitality. Before this can happen, you will be taken to the root of the problem. If you automatically feel unworthy, this is usually covering an old hurt. This memory has to be released and healed with hands-on spiritual healing and talking therapy. This releases negative feelings and thoughts. Negative self-judgement damages our inner child. The part of us that wants to laugh, play and take nothing seriously. If we block our inner child, we may well encourage others to block theirs, even our own children. Our inner child becomes suppressed and stagnated. Learning to play again wakes up our creativity and imagination. We become happier giving priority to the fun, lighter side of life. Our authentic self sees things with excitement and pureness rather than through judgmental eyes. A child has specific needs which are often neglected and abandoned when they become an adult. Expressed during imaginative playtime, this is just as vital for adults as it is for children. Playtime helps us to value and integrate all of our life experiences into an adult environment. It creates a positive healthy image. It lightens the load of our problems and assists us to like ourselves more. As your self-image improves so does the energy levels. Spiritual healing allows the free movement of energy within the lower layers of the auric field. Playing releases our fantasies, which, once matured, become our desires and passions. Confronting the things you may have missed out on in childhood and allowing the inner child out to play will improve your health, energy and happiness. Exercise to clear the lower levels of the auric field Sit in a quiet room and begin to think about your self-judgements. To assist this, look at some photographs of yourself at different ages. Write down all of the negative ideas that you have about yourself. Try to locate the pain underneath these self-accusations. Feel the hurt and then release it. Change your thoughts. If you felt pain and judged yourself because of a past hurt then acknowledge that, but remember that it was for the purposes of growth, not pain. Forgive yourself for any part you may have played in this hurt. Then forgive everyone else concerned. Love yourself. By changing the thoughts and feelings surrounding this hurt, the auric field will clear very quickly. Views:]]>
