What’s Really in a Word? ACCOMPLISHMENT
“Be a living tree, constantly spreading out new growth. The strong-hearted soul says, ‘There is sunshine in my life, and I have every chance to throw out shoots and branches of accomplishment.’” – Paramahansa YogonandaIf you are a regular follower of our monthly Word Ponder, you’ll have innately grasped from February how synchronicity is more than mere coincidence, allowing you to enjoy the happiness it can ideally reap during March. So now we wonder as we think about where to ponder next, are you now experiencing the equal joys of ACCOMPLISHMENT? Accomplishment is defined as: “the completion or fulfillment of something; a remarkable or successful achievement, or a skill or talent that has been developed.” We decided to ponder this word because the very question, what’s really in a word, will clarify that indeed, accomplishment can be something you actually do achieve in a much simpler way than one might expect or as it is text book defined. By now, if you recognize when you are experiencing happiness- you are connected with the positive flow of your personal energy. As life has been recording itself like masterfully composed music, are you feeling any sense of accomplishment yet? Like happiness, the desire to proclaim one has attained accomplishment is another very basic human goal. How many times have we all been asked, “So what have you accomplished in life?” Depending upon our answers, some people will not really believe they have done much unless stirring sensations of success or results are already flowing through their veins. Yet, it is interesting to discover how numerology and lexigrams view accomplishment. It is not as complicated or material success oriented as one might think: true accomplishment actually involves starting with self-awareness. What does it take to enjoy a routine sense of accomplishment? It takes a rhythm that is attuned to a vibration. Every sound we utter contains vibration, and thus, when we speak our names and engage with the action of our words, there is an underlying current, and unseen force that connects that vibration into its own individual expression. When we examine the Name Expression of ACCOMPLISHMENT -which is the numerological energy that is always behind it through the values of the letters that compose it- we find it has, as numbers always will provide, the very key points to know what exactly to do within the action of it. One should not be surprised it is guided by the Chaldean Karmic Mystery of the 56/11, which represents ‘A Lion Muzzled – A Clenched Fist.’ Now why, we are sure you are thinking, would I dare want to engage in the action of accomplishment anyway when its’ energy is that of something sounding so intensely restrictive? Fear not, of this seemingly not so thrilling title. Let’s step in to what the Chaldeans really meant about this vibration of the 56/11 and the Karmic Mystery they saw behind it: “This is a number of hidden trials and treachery from others. It represents two members of the same or opposite sex- or two opposed situations. In either case, compatibility of interest is lacking, and interference from a third force must be conquered. Difficulties may also arise from the illusion of separation. It’s necessary to unite divided goals to avoid a sense of frustrated incompletion. The third interfering force can be a person or an idea; and it can take the form of a refusal to see the other side as an obstacle to harmony. The origin of the separating force must be identified, an attempt made to seek compromise. Occasionally, conflicting desires within one’s own self are seen as in a reflecting mirror. Two forces or two desires stand apart and must ultimately unite for happiness. Yet, each must remain individual, even after being joined, for each possesses its own worth.” –Linda Goodman’s Star Signs The key words here to truly understand the energy of the 11 are, “the illusion of separation.” How many times have you strived for accomplishment, and still, this was not totally aligning with your vision or goal by the time it was all said and done? This word relates through the 56/11, that most of the time, our sense of accomplishment is tied into concepts or ideals that having nothing to do with what the word really means. In turn, we tend to stand divided within our feelings, thinking and beliefs. It is safe to say in our fast pace modern world, accomplishment is always associated with the means of feeling successful, yet actually it is much more of a reflective and emotional space that it asks for us to ponder as we acknowledge when we know we have achieved it. The 56/11 Name Expression is also interesting to note. Here we have the 5 + 6 composing 11, and further reducing to 1 + 1 =2. Whenever we see 2, we have the guidance of The Nurturer right by our side, backed up by The Moon’s, instinct, emotion, and imagination. Looking at the combination of the 5 and 6, again we start with Mercury’s communication and movement- stimulating the 6’s influence of Venus who asks that we seek to understand, then be understood. This planetary combination requests to make sure we guide our accomplishments with mindfulness and innate balance to make them a win-win. All human attainment comes from 80% psychological soundness, and 20% mechanics along our way. Resolving our inner conflicts, is one of the main pillars of always being able to achieve our best. Healing our inner conflicts is how we master accomplishment, by uniting the inner and outer forces that guide us as a human being. This words’ Name Expression carries the 56/11’s guidance for a reason- as the underlying 11 master number’s advice requires extra responsibility to genuinely attain it. Heeding the Chaldean’s warning to remember to respond to your emotions verses react to them- this allows your inner self to positively witness the direct reflection of your outer experiences. To calm the natural tendency of the 11’s disconnect, it is harnessing being in the space of the silent listen, where the root of accomplishment begins. To avoid the frustration of not feeling accomplished, it is looking inside that makes all the difference to stop striving to attain results in our outside world that simply cannot match what may need to be healed first within any soul. The mysteries of Lexigrams have more evidence to support the meaning within ACCOMPLISHMENT, and what it is simply able to do for any of us. By taking the anagrams we can derive from this word, and spiral them into poetic phrases, the Lexigram process brings one more piece of the puzzle to place into our mastery of life about what’s really hiding within it in truth. The reality that relates to how to best reap the rewards this word wishes for us all to assimilate into our human experiences, is as always, ready to be spelled out from the very letters that compose it.
