A VISUALIZATION FOR MENTAL RELAXATION. 1. Light a candle and dedicate the light to a person, place or situation that is in need of healing. 2. Sit or lie down in a warm comfortable position. 3. Take three deep breaths. 4. Visualize a place you can go to be at perfect peace. Allow your mind to find this place for you. 5. Take in all the details. See the forms and colours. Look around you slowly taking in the whole scene. 6. Take a short walk in your perfect place allowing your senses to take it all in. 7. When you feel like it, sit down and again allow your senses to take it all in. 8. Sit or lie down and be at peace for as long as you feel comfortable. 9. When ready come back to where your body is, slowly and gently. Make sure you can feel your feet. Make a note of everything you felt and observed. 10. Don’t forget to blow out the candle. 11.
